BIO E BACKGROUND
Nato a Desenzano del garda nel 1975 ho vissuto gran parte della mia vita a Sirmione, attualmente residente a Peschiera del Garda.
Sin’ dalla adolescenza ho sempre avuto una morbosa attrazione per i viaggi oltre oceano alla ricerca di culture diverse, usanze, costumi, odori , sapori che potessero saziare la mia avida curiosità’ . Nei primi tempi ( allora ventenne ) la fotografia non era altro che un modo per documentare e riportare ad amici e parenti le mie esperienze di viaggio, i luoghi , i monumenti e soprattutto i volti che incontravo nelle mie lunghe permanenze all estero. Mi accorsi presto che mancava qualcosa in quelle immagini, le espressioni della gente erano innaturali perché’ consapevoli di essere fotografate, sguardi seri rivolti sempre verso l obbiettivo... fotografie senza nessun autentico sentimento ed emozione. Insoddisfatto dei primi lavori cominciai quindi ad affinare una nuova tecnica per cercare di cogliere gli attimi ed espressioni più naturali possibili, una tecnica che e’ cresciuta lentamente... maturata in strada... dai colorati mercati boliviani alle caotiche stazioni ferroviarie indiane... dalle fitte foreste pluviali indonesiane agli sperduti villaggi di montagna in etiopia. Non essere osservato per osservare, confondersi tra la gente per esserne parte, cercare di sparire per dare trasparenza. Ho incominciato quindi a non inquadrare il soggetto attraverso obbiettivo ma con la macchina fotografica su un fianco... calcolando la prospettiva per l inquadratura per aver la massima discrezione possibile ed ottenere naturalezza espressiva del soggetto.

Great photographer. I had an idea about an anniversary shoot in Italy, googled a few names, asked for a price estimate and got a few responses. His stood out, because the price was reasonable and he also gave me an idea of the whole photoshoot. Seemed really nice and easy to work with and in reality everything turned out perfect. I had Fabio take some holiday photos of me while in Lake Garda and I was very happy with the results. Fabio spoke english, was very friendly, and showed me around some extremely beautiiful hidden parts of Sirmione during our time together. He even recommended his favourite local restaurant which was fabulous. I would totally recommend the whole experience :)
We decide to make a wedding photoshot near Garda lake and I found Fabio via Google maps. He answered my letter the very next day and in the next conversation Fabio always answered very quickly. Since I had never been to this region before, it was difficult for me to choose a place for photography, but Fabio helped us to choose places and suggested how to get there more conveniently from where we lived. He speaks good English and it was easy and pleasant for us to communicate with him during photography.
He is not only a very talented and polite photographer, I assume not only for us, he was and is the best photographer to choose at Lago di Garda. He supported us with the best photos of our wedding in Sirmione so that we can see our memories all the time. Also we like his style and way of photographing very much. Or to say it in short words.. we had our wedding in the best places of Sirmione, Villa Cortine and La Speranzina, with the best photographer of Sirmione! Hope to see again! Wat een geweldige fotograaf! Zeker om aan te bevelen. Hij heeft ons meegenomen naar de meest prachtige plekken in Lazise. Hij zorgde ervoor dat we ons comfortabel voelde, humor! en een zeer ontspannen sfeer! Het was super leuk om op deze manier een fotoshoot te doen. We hebben super snel het resultaat kunnen bewonderen, prachtige foto’s!!!

We had a large wedding with a Persian ceremony at Isola del Garda and a party after at Torre San Marco on the mainland at Lake Garda in Italy. We found Fabio over the internet. He was reasonably priced, got back to us in no time, spoke great English, was reliable and - which is quite important for a shooting - fun to work with. He took our wishes and ideas seriously and turned them into his art. He is a true artist and we can only recommend him to all couples out there who want to have a great memory. Thank you Fabio.
Als Überraschung für meinen Mann suchte ich einen Fotografen für ein Paarshooting am Gardasee und fand glücklicherweise Fabio Faccioli. Die Kommunikation von Anfang bis Ende lief wunderbar und einfach per email und WhatsApp. Er kann sehr gut englisch sprechen was hilfreich war. Da er sich als Einheimischer bestens auskennt haben wir Fotos an außergewöhnlichen Plätzen machen dürfen und die 2,5 Stunden vergingen trotz großer Hitze an dem Abend wie im Flug. Unser Shoot fand in Sirmione statt und können die Grotte di Catullo (welches Eintritt kostet) nur empfehlen, da die Aussicht und Umgebung für Fotos phantastisch ist. Die Fotos wurden uns überarbeitet und digital zur Verfügung gestellt und auch auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen. Vielen Dank Fabio und ein großes Lob an dich! We booked Fabio for a Pre-Wedding photoshoot at Venice, Italy. before the shooting, Fabio will asked us to send him some samples picture/style that we would preferred so he can fits our needs! We love all the photos taking by Fabio! He is very professional during his service. No communication issue for a Malaysian couple. He did a very great job and we had a great time with him. (He is able to speak English..yay ) Also he charged for a very reasonable price with excellent quality pictures.
